The 2015 legislative session is upon us — and not a moment too soon. There’s a budget bill to pass, massive transportation needs, huge gaps in educational achievement, and simmering resentments between the needs of Greater Minnesota and those of the Twin Cities metro area. All of which need to be addressed amid a massive, three-year restoration project at the Capitol. Oh, and for anything to get done, the Republican-controlled House and DFL-run Senate must find common ground.
What could possibly go wrong?
