Matt Sepic at Minnesota Public Radio reports Target plans to lay off 550 employees at its Twin Cities headquarters following the closing of its 133 Canadian stores: “This is a difficult day for the Target team but we continue to believe that the steps we are taking are the right ones for the company,” Target added.
