His emails. The Duluth News Tribune’s Brady Slater reports:Pete Stauber’s campaign emails with a Washington, D.C., political group are public and St. Louis County must stop refusing requests for the data by noon, said a judge’s order filed Tuesday in District Court in Duluth.”

They’re very sorry that you found out about it. Bloomberg’s Deena Shanker and Lydia Mulvany report: “Dairy giant Land O’Lakes announced Tuesday that it will no longer make financial contributions to Representative Steve King of Iowa after a gun-fueled massacre at a Pittsburgh synagogue brought new attention to the Republican’s incendiary comments about race and association with white nationalism.”

Boring (under) history. The Star Tribune’s Janet Moore reports: “Rising spectacularly on a bluff where the Mississippi and Minnesota rivers meet, Fort Snelling is one of the most important historic sites in the state … Plans for the proposed Riverview Corridor streetcar line call for enlarging a tunnel beneath the historic fort, or further burrowing near it to build a new one.”

Poll position inquisition. The Fargo Forum’s Tu-Uyen Tran reports: “The closing of polling places on the campuses of Minnesota State University Moorhead and Concordia College has led to a lawsuit by a former city councilman who says the city shouldn’t have made it harder for students to vote.”
