Good news for me. I don’t have to shop for wine and cheese this weekend.

Good news for the winning book club. Instead of the two bottles of wine and hunk of cheese I was planning to buy, CobornsDelivers.com has just offered to donate — and deliver — something a lot nicer.

Wine, cheese, crackers, bread and fruit (total value about $75) will arrive at the winner’s door in time for your next book club meeting.

If the winning club is not within the company’s delivery area, we’ll do the best we can to arrange a convenient pickup site.

To be eligible to win, all you have to do is register your book club with MinnPost’s Book Club Club by this coming Monday, August 31. All registered clubs will be entered in a drawing to be held on Tuesday, September 1. We’ll announce the name of the winning club right after the drawing.
