Is there a future for the Vikings in Minnesota?
Now that’s a question that elicits strong opinions around here.
On Monday, May 16, MinnPost’s Jay Weiner will get some answers from Ted Mondale, Metropolitan Sports Facilities Commission Chair, as part of the 2011 MinnPost Asks live interview series.
The program will take place at Hell’s Kitchen, 80 S. 9th Street, Minneapolis, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. In addition to what promises to be a lively discussion, the event includes a hearty appetizer buffet, dessert and coffee, and time for mingling. A cash bar will be open throughout the program.
Ticket purchase deadline is Wednesday May 11, 2011. Tickets — $15 for MinnPost donors, $15 for young professionals, and $25 for others — can be purchased here.
The MinnPost Asks live series features newsmaker interviews by MinnPost journalists in an informal setting with audience interaction. Six live interviews will take place this year. Series sponsors are Dorsey & Whitney, Padilla Speer Beardsley and Marks Group Wealth Management.
