We are thrilled that House Speaker Kurt Daudt has accepted our invitation to join the cast of MinnRoast on April 24. Daudt was elected Speaker following the 2014 election in which the Republicans took control of the Minnesota House. The Speaker is one of a few newcomers to join the festivities at the Historic State Theatre this year, including Rep. Keith Ellison, morning dj Barb Abney and vocalist Maria Jette.
MinnRoast 2015 is our eighth annual song-and-skit variety show featuring your favorite local politicians, journalists and media types. All proceeds support MinnPost, your online source for local, high-quality, independent news coverage for Minnesota.
