Q: Is it too late to buy a ticket to MinnRoast?
A:
Definitely not! Show-only tickets are available at the State Theatre box office, which is open today starting at 10 a.m. and continuing into the evening. MinnRoast starts at 8:00.

Q: How much are show-only tickets?
A:
$16, $44, and $84. MinnPost Gold and Platinum members ($10/month or more) get a 25% discount on show-only tickets. 

Q: How do I get the discount?
A:
Contact lkramer@minnpost.com by 3:00 for the discount code to use at the box office.

Q: Are Ticketmaster fees charged at the box office?
A:
No.

Q: Is it too late to buy a ticket that includes the pre-show reception?
A
: Yes. The pre-show reception is sold out. Sorry. 

Q: Are there mingling opportunities for people not going to the pre-show reception?
A
: Definitely. Bar service begins in the theatre lobbies at 7:00 and continues during the show. After the show, all MinnRoast guests are invited to join the cast at Rock Bottom Brewery. Enjoy happy hour pricing on beer and apps, plus a one-night-only chance to try the 2015 MinnRoast Brew.  

Q: Can I buy a drink in the lobby before the show and take it with me into the theatre?

: Yes.

Q: When do the theatre doors open for seating?
A
: 7:00.

Q: Any pre-show entertainment?
A
: Kate Lynch and Her Most Excellent Fellows will perform on the MinnRoast stage from 7:30 to 8:00.

Q: How long is the show?
A
: About 90 minutes.

Q: Is there an intermission?
A
: No.

Q: How many people are expected at the show?
A
: More than 1200 as of midday Thursday.

Q: Will this be the best event I go to all year?
A
: In our carefully considered, totally unbiased opinion: YES!
