In celebration of Give to the Max Day, gifts made to MinnPost before 11:59 p.m. Thursday will be matched dollar for dollar by a MinnPost board member, up to $5,000.
In addition, every donation received via GiveMN.org increases MinnPost’s chance of winning bonus “Golden Ticket” donations of $1,000 to $10,000. This year, GiveMN is distributing $150,000 in additional donations to Minnesota nonprofits for Give to the Max Day, with support from the Bush Foundation.
Established in 2009 to promote philanthropic giving, Give to the Max Day has become one of the most important fundraising days of the year for MinnPost and other Minnesota nonprofits.
Since the event started, MinnPost has received more than 1,700 donations on Give to the Max Day, collectively worth more than $183,000.
