Mayor Betsy Hodges, for the past two years, has brought down the house at MinnRoast, with a wry, well-timed delivery you can view for yourself in the clips below. We’re pleased to announce she’ll be on stage for MinnRoast 2016 on April 15.
MinnRoast, now in its ninth year, has become a highlight of the Minnesota political calendar, bringing policymakers and journalists together to poke fun at each other and the state we all love in songs, skits, and monologues.
Joining Mayor Hodges this year will be Lt. Gov. Tina Smith, soprano Maria Jette, Rep. Tom Emmer, St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman, former Minneapolis Public Schools Superintendent Bernadeia Johnson, and more. You can find more information about the event and special guests here.
