When we asked for your stories from inside Minnesota’s underfunded court system, we didn’t know what kind of response to expect. The response has been fantastic. In just two days we’ve heard stories from judges, private practice attorneys, public defenders, paralegals, legal services providers, jurors, and probation officers in seven of Minnesota’s ten judicial districts. Some of our sources are veterans and some are fresh out of law school.
Crucially, our sources also providing us with tips — stories nobody else is covering that will help us to provide our readers with the fullest possible picture of the situation facing Minnesota courts.
