For two days in August, thousands of spud loving people gather in Barnesville, Minnesota for “Potato Days.” Festivities include the Miss Tator Tot Pageant, potato sack races and yup, you guessed it, mashed potato wrestling. Call it what you will, just don’t call them dull and bland! Barnesville is located about 20 miles east of Fargo Moorhead in west central Minnesota.
