Ron Schara and Raven from Minnesota Bound covered the 2008-09 Federal Duck Stamp contest, held in Bloomington, Minn., last fall. In the past 23 years, artists from Minnesota have won 15 times, and brothers Jim, Joe and Bob Hautman won eight of those contests.
