How much fair food can one man handle?

The great caloric get together has it all — deep-fried this and chocolate-covered that. But what effect does all this food-on-a-stick goodness have on the human body? Minnesota Public Radio Producer Curtis Gilbert decided to eat only food purchased at the State Fair for one whole day to see what would happen. He had a doctor check his blood work both before and after the fair-food binge.
