Africa nation representation at COP15 criticized

The United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP15) began in Copenhagen Monday, and not everyone is happy with the chosen representation. Ethiopia’s Prime Minister Meles Zenawi is representing 52 African countries at the summit and is calling for the United States and other developed nations to pay for damage they say was done to African nations by global warming.
