The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) is sponsoring for the second year a drive-through holiday lights display in St. Paul’s Phalen Park. Fees to tour the display, from $8 to $10 per vehicle depending on the day, are donated to local charites. The display runs through Dec. 31.
