The Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) wants to ensure unused and unwanted pesticides and chemicals from farmers and households do not end up damaging the environment.

The Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) wants to ensure unused and unwanted pesticides and chemicals from farmers and households do not end up damaging the environment.
