The 400 Bar in Minnesota hosted its annual Bob Dylan sound-a-like contest Monday, on the singer’s 69th birthday. Last year’s winner, a 13-year-old performer, was back to defend his title. Bob Dylan was born in Duluth on May 24, 1941.
