MSNBC’s Keith Olbermann, reviewing the reactions of several prominent Republicans to the Gulf of Mexico oil spill, asked, “Why does the oil spill make conservatives hate America?”
Upset that the government did not commandeer privately owned boats to help combat the oil spill, Rep. Michele Bachmann, for example, chastised the Obama administration for its response to the disaster. Olbermann’s Bachmann commentary begins at the 2:12 minute mark.

Thank goodness! It was getting so late in the day, and I hadn’t seen MinnPost’s daily attack on Michele Bachmann! But, I’m sure after many hours of searching the Internet for something said by anyone about Rep. Bachmann, you were able to slide in under the wire at just past 4pm! Congrats on keeping your DiMaggio-like streak alive! (Your obsession with her keeps me entertained!)
