Well deserved. I did not know about this contest but I would have voted for this gem of a state park. I have fond memories of camping, canoeing, hiking and swimming in this park. The rangers had set up a telescope pointed at an eagles’ nest with hatchlings. There were a pair of bull moose browsing on water plants just across a narrow channel SE of the swimming beach, undaunted by all the human activity. A great place!
