After-school robot club building student interest in science, engineering

Kennedy High School in Bloomington is one of many high schools internationally that have organized an after-school robotics club. The purpose of the clubs is to build a robot that will compete in a competition called FIRST. Teams have just six weeks to build a robot that can accomplish certain tasks for that year’s competition. Kennedy High School competed in the regional games held at the University of Minnesota.
