University of Minnesota Extension 4-H program coordinator Tracy Ignaszewski had a goal of reaching as many youth as possible in Steele County. The problem is that many families in the area face issues with transportation. So Ignaszewski worked to create a 4-H mobile program that comes to where the children are. The program now reaches 450 children at 15 sites in the county. It offers to teach life lessons such as saving money and public speaking.
