Injured trumpeter swan rescued by volunteers in St. Paul suburb

Volunteers took to their boats to rescue this injured trumpeter swan on a small suburban lake near White Bear Lake. The swan had an injured wing and was only able to fly short distances. After some time of chasing the swan around, volunteers were able to capture the bird and bring it ashore. The swan was later taken to the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center of Minnesota in Roseville.
