MinnClips received this video from Keith Faber at the Northern Star Council, a local Boy Scout council with over 70,000 Scouts across Minnesota and Wisconsin. Faber shares some details of the project:

“For our 2010 Annual Report, we worked with Martin Williams to create the World’s Largest Merit Badge Mosaic. The crew positioned 12,060 badges one-by-one over three days to re-create a photo of a smiling Scout at 13’x19’. Check out the entire process in 1:17.”
