Gov. Mark Dayton delivered a hearfelt speech in memory of Sen. Paul Wellstone as Minnesota remembers the 10th anniversary of Wellstone’s death. Dayton’s memories of Wellstone date back to the early eighties when both men were getting started in their political careers and Wellstone electrified DFL delegates with a speech to secure the party’s nomination for State Auditor.
