The annual celebration of the arts and artists known as the St. Paul Art Crawl takes place this weekend, April 26, 27 and 28. New this year is the use of the renovated Union Depot as a display space for artists. And, as usual, galleries and studios throughout Lowertown will be open for your browsing pleasure.
