On Wednesday, former Minnesota legislator and GOP gubernatorial candidate Tom Emmer formally announced the start of his campaign to represent Minnesota’s 6th Congressional District. The seat is currently held by Rep. Michele Bachmann, who announced last week that she would not seek re-election. The UpTake was at the event and captured video of the announcement.
