Although the chilly morning weather hovered around the low 40s, Minnesotans filled the space between the Guthrie Theater and the Mill City Museum for the Mill City Farmers Market’s Harvest Festival, its last outdoor market of the year. Amid stalls overflowing with apples, carrots, mushrooms, radishes and more, market-goers also had the chance to  browse through local art pieces, enjoy a kitchen demo from Mill City Cooks and listen to live music from Light of the Moon Duo.
