It was bound to happen: Stephen Colbert of Comedy Central takes a shot at Congresswoman Michele Bachmann’s signing of the the pro-family, anti-porn pledge from Iowa’s conservative The Family Leader. That’s the pledge that initially included language comparing slavery with current conditions for African-Americans — language that was quickly deleted from the pledge (but not until after it was signed by Bachmann).

Here’s the Colbert clip; in it, Colbert includes old sound bites from Bachmann that have her using the term slavery for taxation, health care reform and the gay lifestyle.

“Bachmann is sensitive to the pain of slavery because to her, clearly, everything is slavery,” Colbert said.
