Michele Bachmann released another web video Monday, titled, “I Won’t Settle.” It repeats her campaign mantra of not settling for choosing a moderate candidate to oppose Barack Obama in 2012.
The new video was filmed at Liberty University, where Bachmann spoke about her faith last week. The message delivered in the video is decidedly more political than the one she gave at the speech.
Aside from hammering away on the “don’t settle” message, the web videos is part of what appears to be a new strategy for Team Bachamnn: using web videos to communicate directly to supporters online. A YouTube video like this is an inexpensive, no-frills ways to get a candidate’s message out there, and if the Bachmann campaign is struggling to raise cash, as has been suggested, these quick, cheap web videos will become more prevalent as the presidential race drags on.
With this upload today, the Bachmann campaign has released four similar web videos in the last month.
