Lovett is White Bear schools choice but also in running for Burnsville post

Late Wednesday, White Bear Lake School Board members chose Michael Lovett, an assistant superintendent in Minnetonka, to replace retiring Superintendent Ted Blaesing, who will retire in June.
Lovett, however, is taking some time to consider the offer. For good reason: he’s also a finalist for the same job in Burnsville.
He’s one of three finalists there, and the Burnsville School Board meets tonight to consider their choice.
Nancy Rajanen, assistant superintendent in the Robbinsdale Area Schools, was the other semi-finalist in White Bea. She, too,  is one of the three Burnsville finalists. The third Burnsville finalist is Randall Clegg, superintendent in Clinton, IA.
