Now, Hillary Rodham Clinton is hinting that she might want her name placed in nomination after all and a vote taken. “Clinton says her defeating Barack Obama at a contested Democratic National Convention ‘is not going to happen’ but she is looking for a way for her delegates to vent before getting behind the future nominee ahead of the November election,” Fox News is reporting.

Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal “appears to be sliding down the list of possible Republican vice presidential hopefuls (but) the nation’s youngest chief executive could assume another prominent post at the party’s national convention, delivering the keynote address four years after Democrats used their corresponding slot as Barack Obama’s introduction to American voters,” reports New Orleans’ Times-Picayune.
