Former Capitol reporter Orwall to head London bureau for Wall Street Journal

Bruce Orwall — the award-winning reporter and editor who covered the Minnesota State Capitol for the Pioneer Press before moving to Los Angeles in the mid-1990s to work for the Wall Street Journal — has been named the Journal’s London Bureau Chief. Most recently he’s been the Journal’s Los Angeles Bureau Chief. He’ll start across the pond soon after the first of the year.
