One state recount over: Austin mayor re-elected with two more votes

At least one Minnesota recount is finished: In Austin, Mayor Tom Stiehm led by 39 votes over challenger Mark Nagle, a businessman, in the Nov. 4 unofficial results.

But after the recount was finished Wednesday night, official results gave Stiehm a 41-vote winning margin, according to the Austin Daily Herald.
Apparently no lawsuits, so far. The city will pay the estimated cost of $1,000.
