Ramsey County District Court Judge Dale Lindman said this morning he will issue an order today on the Al Franken campaign’s effort to get the names and addresses of those voters whose absentee ballots were rejected.

The campaign also wants to know the reason each ballot was rejected.

While questioning lawyers for Franken, the county and Sen. Norm Coleman, Lindman seemed to be leaning toward allowing both campaigns access to the data, but held off ruling from the bench.
