Norm Coleman’s campaign will be conducting a conference call with reporters at 3:30 p.m. to discuss his appeal to the Minnesota Supreme Court of the three-judge panel’s ruling on the U.S. Senate election contest.
A Coleman spokesman said the appeal is set to be filed shortly.
The panel declared Al Franken received the most votes and the election and recount was done properly.
