U.S. and state flags will be at half-staff on all state buildings through Friday to honor North St. Paul Police Officer Richard Crittenden Sr., who was killed while on duty Monday.
Visitation for Crittenden is today from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Sandberg Funeral Home in North St. Paul, and the funeral service is at 11 a.m. Firday at Aldrich Arena in Maplewood.
