After laying off police officers to help staunch the city’s bleeding budget, Minneapolis Mayor and gubernatorial candidate R.T. Rybak might have known he would be on the police union’s “Naughty List.”

Sure enough, the Police Officers Federation of Minneapolis produced a holiday-themed radio ad attacking the layoffs that is now airing on local radio stations.
