An endorsement for Chinese vegetables?

At caucuses and local endorsing conventions, small groups emerge as sub-caucuses, backing various candidates or issues. You might have a Rybak-Labor group, or Emmer-Bachmann.

My favorite this year was in St. Paul’s Senate District 64 with the group supporting State Sen. Tom Bakk and John Choi, running for Ramsey County attorney.

They were: Bakk-Choi.

Bakk-Choi was called at 65, too. The laughter from the delegates caused the convention to come to a momentary standstill.

I pity those who do not live in Ramsey County who don’t have the opportunity to call a Bakk-Choi subcaucus.
