Sec. 16 DESIGNATED NAME FOR TREATMENT FACILITY. The commissioner of human services shall use up to $50,000 of the funds appropriated by Minnesota Laws 2010, chapter 189, section 18, subdivision 5, for the purchase and replacement of suitable and appropriate markings, signs, postings, and public notices designating the Department of Human Services facilities at Moose Lake as, “THE GOVERNOR TIM PAWLENTY SEX OFFENDER TREATMENT FACILITIES AT MOOSE LAKE.”
