Gov. Tim Pawlenty has named Christina Stevens as a new district judge in Olmsted County, replacing Judge Lawrence Agerter, who retired in May.
Stevens has been an associate attorney with the Dunlap and Seeger law firm in Rochester since 2001, and serves as an Olmsted County Conciliation Court Referee.
She has a B.A. degree from Minnesota State University, Moorhead, and a law degree from Hamline University School of Law.
She is president of the Chosen Valley Community Foundation Board of Directors and vice president of the Children’s Museum of Rochester Board of Directors and has served on the Rochester Habitat for Humanity and River Trails Girl Scout Council boards of directors.
