The Minnesota Trade Office — which helps state businesses arrange for exports to other countries — has opened a branch office, of sorts, at St. Cloud State University.
The satellite office will provide free consulting, technical export assistance and international market research to help central Minnesota businesses increase exports and create new jobs, officials hope.
The branch office is located in St. Cloud State’s new Welcome Center, 355 Fifth Ave. S., St. Cloud. There’s an open house there today.
A Central Minnesota Small Business Development Center is also located in the Welcome Center.
