Mark Ritchie tells Congress today about Minnesota voting procedures

Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie is testifying this morning in Washington about how the 2010 election logistics worked in Minnesota.

He’s before the Subcommittee on Elections of the Committee on House Administration and expects to talk about how changes in absentee and military voting worked out well in the last election.

And he’ll surely work in some statistics on Minnesota’s traditional high voter turnout. And maybe recount some recount stories.
