Go. Mark Dayton is scheduled to meet with Delta Airlines CEO Richard Anderson today in a closed meeting. He’ll also visit with Delta employees in Bloomington. The governor wants to hear more about Delta’s plans for its employees here and its hub situation, after the merger with Northwest.
His office says this is one of a series of meetings Dayton is holding with business leaders and employees around the state.
Then at 2:30 p.m., Dayton will be in St. Paul for a roundtable discussion on the impact of state budget cuts on seniors. It’s at City Passport, a resource center for those 50 and older, located in the Alliance Bank building, 55 E. Fifth St.
Human Services Commissioner Lucinda Jesson also will be there to hear from seniors and those who work with them.
