Another sign (as if we needed one) that all is not well in Capitolville:

State Republican leaders had announced a 10 a.m. meeting this morning between Gov. Mark Dayton and legislators to talk about education topics, but the governor didn’t appear.

MPR reporter Tom Scheck tweeted:

Dayton spokesman says Dayton would have attended meeting if GOP brought something new to the table. He says Dayton will be at 5pm meeting.

That’s a scheduled meeting between Dayton and the GOP House and Senate leaders about the budget.
