U.S. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, who’s been relatively quiet since the Republican resurgence of 2010, will be in Minnesota next month to raise money.

That’s according to U.S. Rep. Betty McCollum, who made the announcement Tuesday at the WomenWinning luncheon in Minneapolis, where former Clinton press secretary Dee Dee Myers was the keynote speaker.

The plan: Pelosi will be here July 16 for a Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee fundraiser and then the next day she’ll host a McCollum fundraiser at an as-yet-undisclosed home.

No confirmation yet from Pelosi’s people, says MPR.
