Gov. Mark Dayton’s state-wide travels continue Monday, when he goes to International Falls for his sixth jobs forum in the past few weeks.
This far northern version of his Regional Economic Development Summits is at Rainy River Community College at 2 p.m.
He’s generally had other state and local officials attend the summits in other cities, but no word yet on who’ll be on hand Monday. The temperature dropped to 19 degrees in International Falls Thursday night, so whoever’s headed up there is gonna need a bigger coat.
The goal of the summit, as usual, is to gather the best ideas on job creation from Minnesotans and to highlight Minnesota’s business climate and economic development opportunities.
