So far Rove has been successful in evading justice. He is clever and evasive. So were Madoff and Peters for a long time. Even more so are many political operatives. He barely escaped prosecution over the Valerie Pflame disclosures but Scooter Libby took the fall. He still has much to answer for if anyone has the political will he hold him accountable.
