Vikings stadium debate expected to start in mid-afternoon, last for hours

Debate on the bill providing public subsidies for a Vikings stadium is expected to start in mid afternoon in the Minnesota House and go on for hours.

Although the House floor session starts at 10 a.m., they’ll be talking and voting on a bonding bill and other issues first.

The state Senate won’t take up the bill until the House is finished.
