Freedom Foundation plans forum on Dayton's budget at Humphrey School

UPDATE: The time and date of this forum has been changed. It's now 9 a.m., Friday March 1.

The Freedom Foundation of Minnesota, which has been critical of Gov. Mark Dayton's proposed budget, will host a discussion of the topic Feb. 28 at the Humphrey School.

University Professor Larry Jacobs will moderate a panel discussion with former state commissioners, including John Gunyou and Tom Hanson. There also will be a bipartisan panel of legislative leaders, the group says.

The free event is scheduled for noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Humphrey School for Public Affairs in Room 180, 301 19th Ave. S., Minneapolis.
