A Health Care Roundtable Citizens Forum will be held Saturday in Duluth, to give citizens information about the health care exchange being planned at the Legislature.
Hosting the forum are:
- TakeAction Minnesota
- Northeast Area Labor Council
- Churches United in Ministries
- Citizens Federation
It will run from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Asbury United Methodist Church, 6822 Grand Ave., Duluth.
Two DFL legislators, Sen. Tony Lourey and Rep. Tom Huntley, are scheduled to attend.
Organizers say the forum “will give local elected officials the chance to inform constituents and the opportunity for Duluth-area residents to discuss what is at stake with Minnesota’s new Health Care Exchange.”
